Slovak Citizenship

There’s two ways to claim Slovak citizenship by descent:

I. Verification – those who have been citizens since their birth technically.

II. Simplified naturalization – certain descendants and holders of the Slovak Living Abroad Certificate may acquire Slovak citizenship without the usual residence requirements.
